Incremental and Absolute Pulse Generators (Encoders)
An encoder is a sensor/transducer for converting motion or position to a series of electronic pulses or codes (Gray or Binary). All have a mechanical input and an electrical output pulse models with different mechanical and eletronic specifications.

Level and Flow Switches
We offer the following technology in level switches for liquids: ultra-sonic, fiber optics, photo-electronic, magnetic, Hall effect and conductive. In addition to the line of level switches, we have a line of flow switches for liquids and gases with the following technology: piston , paddle and turbine. Those switches can operate under pressures up to 100 bar and with various pipe gages.

Predetermining Counters
Predetermining counters (or preset counters) are essentially totalizers that can switch an external circuit when its counted total matches an user-entered preset limit. Typically, there are counters with one or two presets. We can also ofter counter with up to 50 presets.

Pressure Transducers
Designed by “Gems Sensor”, the pressure transducers show high performance, with CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology and ASIC circuit for temperature compensation. A wide range of applications is used for operating ranges from – 39 up to 400 bar, and Models for immersible aerospacial and aeronautical applications.

Process and Temperature Controllers
Process/temperature controllers provide PID control for a closed loop process, where analog signals standard for pressure, level, position, weight, tempereture, etc. All models include universal input, universal power supply (AC), adptive PID and RS485 serial communication (Modbus or ASCII). We have also models for valve motor drive, fuzzy logic and for plastic processing machines.

Process Meters
Process Meters/Indicators with universal inputs (thermocouples, mV, mA, V, A) where the process variable are represented as pressure, level, position, weight, temperature, voltage, current, etc. We have Models with up to 4 output that can be applied to alarm and retransmission. Also the models can be supplied with RS485 serial communication and DC power supply to two wires sensors.

Tachometers / Speed Indicators
Tachometers/Speed Indicators for panel or hand held are suitable for RPM or scale factor indication, allowing to display the several engineering units such as: Meters per minute, Liters per hour, Kilograms per second, etc. The most of tachometers can be supplied with alarms.

Timers
Preset timers offer various operating functions, which enable the device activate/desactivate output controls based upon a present time interval. The indicators display an elapsed time and are available to register in seconds, minutes or hours.

Totalizer Counters
Totalizer Counters are applied to sum a number of cycles from an input signal. Many applications require only add (Uni-directional), however we also offer counters that add an subtract (bidirectional) for several applications.

Ultra-Sonic System for Continuous Level
KM Level measuring systems for solids and liquids in tanks with up to 68 meters high. The sensors can operate in hazardous or sanitary (stainless steel) areas, and aggressive environments. Sonologic II electronics provides easy programming and features tools that make the sensors fit to the tank and to the stored products. In addition to those characteristics, Sonologic II electronics include local indicators, relay outputs, 4 to 20 mA retransmission, RS422/485 and Modbus serial output for communication, and communication with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon and other PLCs.

Weighing Systems
KM load cells are different from conventional ones due to the silicon technology used in building of the strain gages. This feature provides a voltage level (mV) 10 times greater than the conventional load cells, increasing the resolution. We have also weighing systems with bolt-on load cells, which do not require the raising of the tanks for installation, reducing installation and maintenance cost. Full line of weighing indicators and controllers with relay outputs, 4 to 20 mA retransmission, RS422/485 and Modbus serial output for communication, and communication with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon and other PLCs.
